How quickly can you get me up and running?
For monthly support, the on-boarding process takes about 1-2 hours. I can usually get you cleaned up and organized within 30 days (depending on how bootstrappy your previous system was). During that time I’ll share educational resources for you to review so we can hit the ground running once your books are up to date. I only take on clients I can serve well, so I rather do it right than do it fast.
What if my books are a complete mess?
I’ve seen it all, and I mean ALL (and not just because I once made the same mistakes). Envelopes full of receipts? Been there. An entire year of “I’ll deal with this later?” You aren’t alone. I’m like a thrift store savant, if the dope finds were your financial records—I’ll dig through the mess, make sense of it, and get you set up to feel confident af going forward. No judgment, we don’t do that here.
What kind of support do you provide?
I offer all of my monthly support clients a blend of both done for you bookkeeping and money coaching with unlimited Voxer and email support as well as quarterly and – as needed- google meet check-ins. I don’t believe in dumb questions and encourage clients to ask about anything they aren’t 100% sure of. My goal is to help guide to you in a way that supports your life.
What’s your monthly process?
During the on-boarding process, I’ll create customized income and expense accounts unique to your business. Each week, I code and categorize all of your transactions to form your reports. If I need any clarification, I’ll add them to a shared google sheet that I’ll shoot over to you at the end of the month. After that, I reconcile your accounts to ensure everything is recorded accurately. You’ll receive your easy to understand monthly report pack and a video break down by the 15th of every month, if not sooner.
how are you different than other bookkeepers?
Tired of the boring, stuffy, jargon centric world of finance? Yeah me too. I believe you can build a successful business and make educated financial decisions with out all the beige of the corporate world. Most bookkeepers only handle your books and deliver reports, I’ll stick around and help you understand the numbers and how to apply them to your life because I believe in keeping small businesses alive.

Unfortunately this is not a service I offer. But I will keep your numbers organized accurately and collaborate with your tax preparer so tax time is no longer a dreaded sweat inducing panic.
